Every month, you will write a full beat sheet for a NEW Christmas script. That's right, one a month, so by the end of the year, you will have 12 fleshed-out story ideas that you can pitch at a moment's notice when you hear those words,
"What else do you got?"
We've all heard it, and most writers I know have only one or two scripts done, because we have been taught for years to make each one perfect, but the reality is that you need more than one script either finished or ready to pitch.
In the last two years, I have pitched to multiple producers, agents, managers, distributors, and directors, and the one thing that they all have in common is that they want more.
Here's how it works...
Starting in January 2027, exactly when you are super excited to jump into a new Christmas script after being inspired by all the new movies out on Hallmark, UpTV, GAC, YouTube, Amazon, Netflix, and more, you will start a new script!! Any idea you want. During the month, you will work on your script using the method that I learned during my time in TV writing, which has helped me draft quickly.
I will share my tips, tricks, and method for getting it done.
You have to do the work yourself, and there is no right or wrong way to do this.
And then every month of the year you will repeat these steps and by the end of the year, BOOM! You will have 12 new script ideas flushed out into something you can pitch with confidence.
