Refunds
Due to the extensive time and effort that goes into the product(s) and/or program(s), the refund policy is as followed unless stated differently for a specific course, download, or product on a case-by-case basis.
COURSES: Refunds are available for 3 days/72 hours after purchase no questions asked, minus any fees we pay for our processing (usually between 3-5%)
REFUNDS up to 30 days on signature courses are available if you show that you have completed all the coursework.
Mini-courses/afternoon courses are on a case-by-case basis but generally are not refundable.
There are no partial refunds for incomplete coursework.
If there is financial hardship please email us at stephanie@stephaniebourbon.com so we can work with you on a case by case basis. Please understand that we will require proof of such hardship.
Payment plans must be paid on time or access to the portal will be revoked until payment is made. Should you need to put your payments on hold you may do so but you won't have access to the portal during the paused period. Contact us at hello@judaniebean.com
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & PRIVATE COACHING: are NOT refundable.
Private coaching is not refundable after 3 days/72 hours. Results with one on one coaching can not be guaranteed and by signing up for one on one coaching you understand that results may vary. You also understand and agree that there are no refunds for such work. Payments for one on one coaching are required in advance. If you have a financial hardship or personal emergency we can put your coaching on hold for up to one year. Please email us at stephanie@stephaniebourbon.com
Monthly payments come out every month the day you have signed up.
If you pay by credit card and seek a refund of funds, your refund will be reduced by any applicable credit card charges that are assessed against us. Credit card charges are estimated and will be charged based on what we are charged by the Credit Card Processor.
All private coaching clients will be required to apply for coaching. Once accepted sign an additional agreement to protect both parties which will have more details about the expectations of working with Stephanie Bourbon.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website, in full or in part, at any time for any reason
We reserve the right to terminate our coaching agreement without refund if there is any abuse, bullying, threats, or fraud on you the client's part. If you create a hostile environment, all coaching agreements will end immediately without a refund.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The nearest state and federal court to Burbank, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from your use of our website or its content, or products and/or services purchased therefrom, or via materials requested through email.
By using our website or its content, or products and/or services purchased therefrom, or via materials requested through email, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any defense of forum non-conveniens.
In the event that STEPHANIE BOURBON must make a claim for any breach of these Terms and Conditions by negotiation, litigation, mediation, or arbitration, we shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and costs.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
